1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or payment proof).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products such as supplements, shakes, capsules, or food-based items.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products opened, unsealed, or used

  • Items damaged due to improper use or storage

  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale products

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Free promotional items included with an order


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

  • If the return is rejected (e.g., product opened or used), we may return it to you at your cost.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

If valid, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be processed as a standard return.


7. Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:
